Store terms
Store Hours & Pick-Up
- 
All online orders will be available for pick-up during The Den Store’s regular hours. 
- 
Current hours: Wednesdays, 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM (subject to change based on school calendar). 
- 
Orders must be picked up at the designated Den Store table or counter on campus. 
- Items not picked up within 30 days will be re-stocked and your purchase will be converted to a donation to the FSA.
Order Processing
- 
Please allow at least 2–3 school days for order processing before pick-up. 
- 
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready. 
Returns & Exchanges
- 
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another size or product of equal value, if stock allows. 
- 
Returns for refund are not available; all sales are considered final. 
- 
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 
Inventory & Availability
- 
The Den Store is run by parent volunteers and operates on a limited stock model. 
- 
We cannot guarantee that all sizes or styles will be available at all times. 
- 
Online inventory may not always update in real time; in the rare case of oversell, you will be notified and refunded. 
Payment
- 
All purchases must be made online through the secure checkout system or in person at The Den. 
- 
Credit card and electronic payment methods are accepted. 
- 
We cannot accept cash or checks. 
Special Orders & Licensing
- 
Some items may be custom ordered (e.g., spirit wear, seasonal launches). Estimated delivery times will be provided. 
- 
All merchandise follows UCLA licensing guidelines and may include royalties in pricing. 
Parent-Run Store Disclaimer
- 
The Den Store is managed by parent volunteers through the UCLA Lab School FSA. 
- 
We appreciate your patience and understanding as this is a community-run effort, not a commercial retailer.
